QFZ tensioning hollow jack use method and precautions:
In use, in addition to the general operating procedures and specifications, the following issues should be noted:
1 In order to ensure the correct transmission of measurement value, the selected jack and pump station should be paired for measurement value measurement, draw the tensile force (or extension force) and hydraulic pressure into a chart for reference during operation, and establish a reasonable verification cycle.
In the following cases, it should be recalibrated:
后 After the jack is repaired;
更换 Replace the pressure gauge;
⑶ Other accidental equipment is damaged.
2 Connect the jack to the pump station with a high-pressure hose according to the “jack construction, hydraulic system diagram”, and follow the steps below.
⑴ Start the pumping station and set the relief valve to the working pressure (for the pressure value, refer to the above calibration result).
⑵ By turning the handle of the reversing valve, the jack piston can reciprocate to complete the stretching or lifting action.
⑶ At the end of the jack action, please cut off the power of the pump station immediately to avoid the overflow valve being in working state for a long time, which will cause the oil temperature to rise rapidly and affect the service life of the pump station.
密切 Pay close attention to oil temperature in high temperature season. When oil temperature exceeds 70 ° C, cooling measures should be considered to maintain normal working conditions of the pumping station.
